This winery represents Ajimu, known as the ‘home of grapes,’ and is popular for its wine and juice made from locally grown grapes. You can sample grape juice that even children can enjoy and shop for local specialties at the direct-sales corner, letting the whole family experience the bounty of Ajimu. Vineyards spread out around the area, and the calm rural scenery unique to the basin is also a highlight. Ahead of the fireworks display, start here by filling up while enjoying local flavors.

Tips

About 10 minutes by car from the Fukami River Ajimu Ohashi Riverbed. Drivers should refrain from wine tasting and instead choose things like juice that can be enjoyed even in the car. The shop can get crowded in summer, so it's recommended to visit with plenty of time to spare.

About 1 hour 15 minutes needed. Around midday it's relatively calm for browsing.
