This is the city's general center in Beppu, Mizuho City, which opened in 1994. Besides the main hall, Sunshine Hall (サンシャインホール), it has meeting rooms, training rooms, and rehearsal rooms, and is used as a venue for concerts and citizens' events. Under a naming-rights agreement, it currently goes by the nickname Kokoro Kasanaru CCN Center. Since the fireworks venue is right nearby, it's a useful landmark for spending time before the show begins.
Tips
Travel here by car from Roadside Station Palette Pia Ono. Parking and restrooms are well maintained, so it's reassuring even with small children.
