About this spot

A large-scale rest facility adjacent to the Ise Bay Expressway, from which the symbolic observation wheel offers panoramic views stretching from Kariya city streets to distant mountains. The food court features local gourmet shops, and a farm stand sells fresh vegetables and specialty products. Even without using the expressway, it's easy to stop by from regular roads, making it a perfect spot for the start of a family outing. A popular Kariya facility where you can enjoy rides and dining all at once.

Tips

About 15 minutes by car from Kariya Municipal Athletic Park. The observation wheel gets crowded depending on the season and time of day, so visiting early is recommended. Parking lots may be congested on weekends during summer vacation.

Best time to visit

Takes approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Late morning to midday is relatively uncrowded and easier to ride.
