A park perched on a high bluff overlooking the Japan Sea, where the signature observation wheel offers views stretching from the Teradomari coastline all the way to Sado Island on clear days. Tips

About 10 minutes by car from Teradomari Aquarium Museum. The observation wheel may close due to weather, so check the operating status on the day. The high location can be quite windy.
