小京都と呼ばれる加茂市の中心を流れる加茂川の河川敷を舞台に開催される、地元で長く親しまれてきた夏祭りの花火大会です。約1,000発の花火が川面に映り込みながら夜空を彩り、コンパクトながらも見応えのあるフィナーレを楽しめます。歴史あるまち並みとリスとのふれあいを楽しんだ1日の締めくくりにふさわしい、静かで美しい花火の時間です。

会場周辺は当日混雑するため、早めに到着して場所を確保するのがおすすめです。荒天時は中止や順延の可能性があるため、当日は主催者の公式発表を確認しましょう。足元が暗いエリアもあるため、小さなライトがあると安心です。
Tips
Approximately 10 minutes by car from Aomi Shrine. The Squirrel Garden sometimes offers feeding experiences, so check the information available on-site. The park has sloped areas, so comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
Best time to visit
Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes required. In the cooler afternoon hours, the squirrels are particularly active.
