About this spot

This is the town's general park, located in Oka-go, Nagayo Town (長与町岡郷). Centered on an athletic field usable for track and field, soccer, and rugby, it also has a town gymnasium, five tennis courts, a fureai plaza with a softball field, and a sumo ring. During summer, a swimming pool with eight 25m lanes plus a children's pool is also open, so families can stay active. It's close to the Nagayo River Festival venue, making it a relaxed spot to start the course.

Tips

About a 10-minute drive from JR Nagayo Station (JR長与駅). The parking lot gets crowded in summer, so an arrival in the morning is recommended. The sunlight is strong, so don't forget sun protection. It's about a 10-minute drive to the next stop, GOOOOOOOD STATION (inside JR Nagayo Station).

Best time to visit

About 2 hours. The relatively cool hours from morning to midday are comfortable to spend here
