荒天時は中止や延期になる場合があるため、当日の開催可否は市の公式発表で確認を。終了後は周辺道路が混み合うため、フィナーレの余韻を楽しんでから時間差での移動がおすすめです。9月の夜は冷えることがあるので羽織ものを。

Just steps from JR Kuroiso Station in the station plaza area. Use coin parking around the station. You can walk to the next destination, Kuroiso Park.

About 45 minutes. Morning through early afternoon offers a quiet, easy time for strolling.
