A summer festival with mystical firelight held at Toi Cape, known as one of the few places in Japan where wild horses live. With the area around the Toi Cape Tourism Exchange Hall as the venue, flames are lit as the sun sets, allowing you to enjoy a different side of the cape compared to what you saw during the day in the pastureland and lighthouse. The festival held during the time when the sun sets into the Pacific horizon and transitions to night is filled with a sense of scale unique to the cape's location. The Tourism Exchange Hall also has dining options, making it recommended to visit before and after the festival.

The road to the cape becomes dark at night, so be careful when driving at night. The sea breeze is strong and can be cool, so bring a light jacket for warmth. Due to harsh weather, the content may change, so please check the day's announcement.

From 5:00 p.m. After sunset when the flames stand out, from 6 p.m. onwards is the most mystical time.
