A major underground mall spreading beneath Sakae with numerous restaurants and shops. Having an early dinner in the cool underground before the festival outdoor event makes subsequent observation more comfortable. With many Nagoya specialty restaurants, there's something for every family preference.
Tips
On festival day, it gets crowded in the evening, so arriving early is recommended. The underground is vast and easy to get lost in, so note your exit location for smooth arrival at the venue. Using restrooms here makes the subsequent outdoor observation more comfortable.
Best time to visit
Approximately 40 minutes. Early 4 PM is relatively uncrowded and easier to find seating.
