The observation floor of a high-rise building loved as a symbol of Ikebukuro. From over 200 meters above ground, you can see a 360-degree panorama of Tokyo's cityscape, from the Shinjuku direction to Tokyo Skytree. On clear days, you might even see Mt. Fuji. It's fun to search for directions and buildings with children. The indoor facility is a great advantage for escaping the summer heat.

Admission is required. Combination tickets with the aquarium may offer savings. While evening hours offer beautiful sunset views, this itinerary focuses on daytime views.
