Local residents and tourists gather around a yagura stage in the plaza, forming one large dance circle—a scene that contrasts with the modern skyline of Minato Mirai, bringing a nostalgic summer festival atmosphere. As the sun dips lower, the sea breeze becomes pleasant, and a unique ambiance forms where festival energy mixes with ocean salt air. Even children who aren't confident dancers can enjoy the festival spirit simply from listening to the drum rhythms outside the circle.
