This park is laid out on high ground overlooking Kakogawa City and is loved in spring as a cherry-blossom spot. With wide lawns and play equipment, it is just the right size for moving your body before getting in the pool. There are many trees and plenty of shade, so it is comfortable even under the summer sun, which is its appeal. From the observation deck you can take in a leisurely view of central Kakogawa, making it good for family photos too.

加古川市別府町にある屋内型の温水プールで、月曜から土曜は9時から22時まで、日曜・祝日は9時から19時まで通年営業しています。屋内施設のため雨天や猛暑日、真冬でも天候を気にせず利用でき、季節を問わず計画しやすいのが大きな魅力です。流水プールやコース分けされたプールなど複数のエリアがあり、水に慣れていない小さな子どもから泳ぎ込みたい大人まで、それぞれのペースで楽しめます。加古川駅からもアクセスしやすく、市民に長く親しまれてきた地域のスポーツ施設です。1年を通して安定して利用できるので、夏休み以外のおでかけ先としても重宝します。
