This is a water-play facility inside Shimizu Park that in 2026 operates with water filled in the Jabu-Jabu Pond from May 30 to September 30 (outside that period it operates with fountains and play equipment only, without water). Opening hours are 9:00 to 17:00 (last entry 16:00), and admission is 1,400 yen for adults, 1,200 yen for children aged 3 and over, and 700 yen for seniors. With a shallow Jabu-Jabu Pond and water-play equipment lined up, it suits a wide range, from small children to bigger kids who want to get completely soaked. The grounds are surrounded by trees with plenty of shade, so it is also easy to spend long stretches there with breaks in between, which is the appeal.

Tips
Last entry is 16:00, so entering by around 15:00 at the latest is recommended. Bringing extra changes of clothes and towels keeps everyone comfortable after getting thoroughly soaked. Weekend afternoons get crowded and it can be hard to find a spot, so spreading out your picnic sheet early is reassuring.
Best time to visit
Entering around noon is relatively quiet and lets you play at a relaxed pace until evening with breaks in between
