The “Seseragi” (せせらぎ) in Ageo Maruyama Park is a free water play area with a shallow flow where children can play safely. It is open year-round except on cleaning days, from about 9:00 to about 17:00 in April through September and from about 11:00 to about 15:00 in October through March. The water is shallow, so even small children can touch the water with confidence, and there is plenty of shade around, letting adults rest while keeping watch. It has long been a favorite of local families as an easy day out close to home.
