About this spot

A spacious botanical garden representing Kawaguchi with seasonal flower beds, a large greenhouse, and a children's play area. The mini train running through the grounds is hugely popular with children, and the gardens that change appearance with the seasons are a delight for adults to stroll through as well. A perfect spot to start the day surrounded by greenery.

Tips

The mini train operates mainly on weekends and holidays, so check the operating schedule in advance. Most of the garden paths are paved and easy to navigate with a stroller, but it's reassuring to note the location of the restrooms near the main entrance first.

Best time to visit

Allow 2 hours. The mid-morning period right after the gardens open is less crowded and more comfortable.
