Adjacent to the Osaka Municipal Museum of Natural History, Nagai Botanical Garden represents the green heart of Nagai Park, featuring a rose garden, a large pond, and well-maintained walking paths through seasonal flowers. The garden has abundant tree shade, making it relatively cool to walk through even in summer. Benches are plentifully placed throughout, making it ideal for taking a light rest before entering the pool. There is also a spacious lawn area where small children can run around and burn off some energy. Conclude your morning with unhurried time spent amid the greenery.

Nagai Pool has separate admission fees and a separate entrance, so adjust your visit duration according to your physical condition and time availability for that day. On sunny days, choosing routes with more shade makes walking easier. Lunch provisions are often hard to find within the garden, so preparing light snacks in advance will help you move about more freely.
