About this spot
The Nagoya City Urban Agriculture Center, Urban Agriculture Park (名古屋市都市農業センター), is a park themed on agriculture next to Todagawa Kodomo Land (とだがわこどもランド). Besides seasonal flower fields and displays of field crops, there is a corner where you can meet small animals, letting you feel agriculture and nature close at hand while still in the city. There is also a spacious lawn area, perfect for running around before water play. Although it is a local outing, it is a spot where you can spend time full of greenery and discovery.

meitoこどもランド・とだがわ ぷくぷくたい池は、名古屋市港区のとだがわこどもランド内にある無料の水遊び場です。2026年は5月15日(金)にオープンし、9時から18時まで9月下旬まで楽しめます。浅く作られた水の広場が中心なので、まだ泳げない小さな子どもでも安心して水にふれることができます。周囲には遊具や芝生広場も広がっており、水遊びに飽きたら公園内をひと回りするのもおすすめです。近所のおでかけ先として気軽に立ち寄れる、家族に人気のスポットです。
Tips
料金は無料ですが、混雑状況や設備の詳細は事前に名古屋市の公式情報で確認しておくと安心です。水は浅いとはいえ目を離さず、レジャーシートを敷いて休憩スペースを確保しておくと過ごしやすくなります。着替えの回数が増えるため、タオルは多めに用意しましょう。
Tips
It is just a short walk from Todagawa Kodomo Land. Admission is free, and the grounds are flat and easy to get around with a stroller. Checking the times of the animal-encounter corner in advance is reassuring.
Best time to visit
About 1 hour 15 minutes. The morning, before the sun gets strong, is the most comfortable.
