The Splash Pond at Kiba Park (North Garden) is a free water-play spot open from August 1 to September 30. It operates from 10:00 to 16:00, with a break from 12:30 to 13:00. Since it's built with shallow water, even small children can play safely with a guardian. A wide lawn area is also adjacent, so you can spread out a picnic sheet and rest between water play sessions. It's closed on cleaning days, rainy days, or when the temperature is low, so checking before your visit is recommended.
