Nagogusuku Park sits on high ground overlooking central Nago and is also known as a spot for the earliest-blooming cherry blossoms in Japan. From the observation deck you can take in Nago Bay and the town at a glance, and a visit in the clear morning air makes for a pleasant start to the day. The grounds are lush and the walking paths well kept, just the right size for moving around a little before heading to Aqua Park. It is a place loved by local residents where you can enjoy scenery that feels truly like Nago.

21世紀の森ビーチアクアパークは、名護市宮里の複合施設「あけみおテラス」に隣接する21世紀の森ビーチに登場する水上アスレチックです。2026年は4月15日(水)頃から通年で営業しており、営業時間は午前9時から午後5時まで(7〜9月は午後6時まで)です。海面に浮かぶ浮き島やトランポリン、滑り台などのアスレチック設備が連なり、バランス感覚を使いながら水しぶきをあげて遊べるのが魅力です。ライフジャケットを着用しての遊びが基本となるため、泳ぎに自信のない子どもでも保護者と一緒に挑戦しやすい構成です。海水浴とはまたひと味違う、体を思いきり動かす夏の水遊びを楽しめます。

料金や設備の詳細、当日の受付状況は公式サイトで事前に確認してから向かうと安心です。濡れても良い服装と、脱いだ服や貴重品をまとめておける袋を用意しておきましょう。日差しの強い時間帯は休憩をこまめに取りながら楽しんでください。

Tips

It is about a 10-minute drive from central Nago, and parking is available. Footpaths lead all the way to the observation deck, but there are some slopes, so use a stroller only as far as is comfortable. A morning visit before the sun grows strong is recommended.
