This beach spreads out in Wada, Hasse, Miura City, with a calm, relaxed stretch of sand as its main appeal. In 2026 it's open from Friday, July 3 to Monday, August 31, with swimming hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Since it's a relatively quiet beach, families with small children can enjoy leisurely water play without worrying about crowds. Beach houses line the sand, offering meals, rest areas, and showers. From splashing at the water's edge to building sandcastles, enjoy summer to the fullest until evening.

Tips

Access by bus or car is convenient. Swimming is free, while resting and showering at the beach houses cost extra. The sand gets hot in summer, so beach sandals are a must. Since swimming hours end at 5:00 p.m., it's a good idea to wrap up about 15 minutes early to allow time for changing.

Best time to visit

The afternoon after 2:00 p.m. brings slightly softer sunlight, giving you plenty of time to swim until evening.
