Pass through the forest of the Manazuru Peninsula for sweeping views of Sagami Bay
About this spot
A natural park spreading across the middle of the Manazuru Peninsula, with walking paths laid out through forests of black pine and sudajii oak. From the observation deck you can see the Izu Peninsula and Hatsushima across Sagami Bay, a popular spot for scenery that feels distinctly like Manazuru. There is plenty of shade even in summer, offering just the right coolness for a walk before sea bathing. The paths are uneven but largely paved, which makes them easy for families to walk.

真鶴町の岩海岸に面した海水浴場で、2026年は7月18日(土)から8月30日(日)まで開設されます。遊泳時間は9時から17時までです。周囲を岩礁に囲まれた小さな入り江のような地形で、波が穏やかなのが特長。透明度の高い水と磯の生き物を間近に観察できる環境が魅力で、海水浴だけでなく磯遊びも楽しめます。真鶴半島ならではの岩がちな海岸線は、砂浜の海水浴場とはひと味違う景色を家族に見せてくれます。
Tips
真鶴駅からバスまたは車でのアクセスが基本です。岩場が多いのでマリンシューズがあると安心。夕方まで遊ぶ場合は着替えの時間を見込み、16時台には切り上げの準備を始めるとスムーズです。
Tips
It is a few minutes by bus or car from Manazuru Station. The route to the observation deck is about the length of a light stroll. In summer, insect repellent makes for a more comfortable visit.

About 1 hour. Walking in the cool morning hours is recommended
