Yumigahama Splash Water Park is a water obstacle course that appears offshore from Yumigahama Swimming Beach in Minami-Izu Town, known for beauty among the finest on the Izu Peninsula. In 2026 it runs for a limited period from Saturday, July 18 to Sunday, August 23, with hours from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (last reception 3:30 p.m., which may vary in peak season). Floating bridges, trampolines, slides and other obstacle equipment are linked together on the water, and the appeal is playing with your sense of balance while sending up sprays of water. Combined with a location of pure white sand and shallow sea, it offers active water play with a flavor quite different from ordinary bathing. Use is based on wearing a life jacket, so even children who are not confident swimmers can take it on alongside a guardian.
