A free water play area in Gozaike Park in Suzuka City. According to Suzuka City's Water Feature Operation Information (as of June 2026), the water features such as the fountain operate from Wednesday 10 June, with water running between 10:00 and 16:00. Suzuka City lists the water play area among the park's facility types, and the same grounds hold a large combination playground with 13 kinds of equipment including a 20 m zip line, plus slides, swings, a sandpit, an outdoor sculpture garden and a multipurpose ground. Being able to move to the playground when the water gets old, and back to the water when bodies heat up, is a welcome layout for families. Since it is free, you can also drop in for just an afternoon on a hot day. The water features stop at 16:00, so it is best to work backwards from your play time and arrive at the park early.

The features are scheduled to be shut down for cleaning on Thursday 6 August 2026. There will be no water that day, so shift your plans. The end date of the season has not been announced, so if you visit from September onwards, check that day's operation in Suzuka City's water feature operation information. After 15:00, allow time for changing and wrap up early so you are not rushed by the 16:00 shutdown. For children still in nappies, please bring swim nappies.

Best time to visit

About 2 hours 10 minutes. Water runs only until 16:00, so arriving in the 13:00 hour is the efficient way to play
