About this spot

One of Hokkaido's leading dairy farms, set among the wide pastures of Shinotsu in Ebetsu City. The grounds hold a cattle barn and a farm shop where you can taste milk, yoghurt and soft-serve ice cream made from the farm's own raw milk. The scale of the pasture and the sky stretching out in front of you is unique to the Ishikari Plain, and you notice the air change the moment you step out of the car. Watching the cows at leisure, or hearing how dairy products are made, gives children a natural prompt to think about where their food comes from. It is a place to begin the day in an unhurried mood, before the water play of the afternoon.

豊幌公園水遊び場は、江別市の豊幌地区にある無料の水遊びスポットです。2026年の開設期間は未発表ですが、例年は夏休みの時期に合わせて水が張られます。水深の浅い水遊び場なので、歩き始めたばかりの子でも足をひたして遊べます。豊幌は田畑と空が大きく広がる静かな地区で、市街地の水遊び場のように混み合わないのがこの公園のいちばんの利点。子どものペースでのんびり過ごせて、大人も木陰から落ち着いて見守れます。利用は無料なので時間を気にせず気が済むまで遊ばせてあげられ、日の長い北海道の夏は夕方になっても明るいまま遊び続けられます。

開設状況は年によって変わるため、出発前に江別市の案内で今年の期間を確認してください。周辺に商店は少ないので、飲み物やおやつは市街地で買ってから向かいましょう。着替えの場所は限られるため、水着を服の下に着せていくと現地での支度が楽になります。夕方は畑を渡る風で体が冷えることがあるので、羽織ものを一枚持っていくと安心です。
