The Toko Sports Park Seseragi Stream is a shallow babbling channel running through Toko Sports Park in Asahikawa City. In 2026 it is open from Monday, June 1 to Monday, August 31, between 10:00 and 17:00, and use is free. The water is shallow and the flow gentle, so even children who have just started walking can stand on their own feet and move around. The strength of this park is that it does not end with water play: there is large play equipment and a wide lawn, so a child tired of the water can move straight to dry-land play. With a parking lot, you can go back and forth many times while leaving your things in the car, and taking out spare clothes or snacks is easy, a big advantage for families.
