The Hikarigaoka Park Keyaki Plaza Water Feature (Wading Pool) is a free water play area in Hikarigaoka Park in Nerima City. The 2026 season runs Wed 7/1 to Wed 9/30, operating from 10:00 to 16:00. However, it does not run on 7/14 to 21, 8/12 to 14, or 9/14 to 16, and no water flows if your visit falls in those periods. As the name suggests, it is built along Keyaki Plaza, so shade is only a few steps away and a resting spot is easy to secure. Admission is free and there are restrooms in the park. There is no changing room, so wearing a swimsuit underneath or preparing a towel poncho keeps getting ready short.

Tips
There is no operation on 7/14 to 21, 8/12 to 14, or 9/14 to 16. Sudden suspensions are announced on the park's official X account, so be sure to check before you set out. There is no changing room. The park is large, so checking the location of Keyaki Plaza on the park map beforehand saves you from getting lost. There is plenty of shade but the sunlight is strong, so drink water frequently.
Best time to visit
Enter at 13:30 and you can play plenty until the 16:00 close, once the crowds have settled
