About this spot

This general sports park in Yotsukaido City is equipped with a gymnasium, sports grounds, a grassy plaza, and walking paths. It's used daily by local residents for exercise, and families are often seen there on weekends. It's a good spot to spread out a picnic sheet in the shade for a light lunch and rest up before the pool in the afternoon. It's also close to Yotsukaido Chuo Park Pool, so there's almost no stress from moving between locations. Kids who want to run around can burn off a little energy here as a warm-up for the afternoon's water play.

Tips

Check the city's guidelines for which areas are available and the parking lot's opening hours. On summer days it gets very hot outside the shade, so choose a shaded spot to spend your time. It's reassuring to check the location of vending machines early on. As a rule, take your trash home with you.
