Eigenzan Park Pool (Resonac Eigenzan Park) is a summer-only outdoor pool located in Eigenzan Park in Shunan. It features five kinds of pools: a 135m lazy river (1.0m deep), a 25m pool (1.2-1.3m deep), a toddler pool (0.3m deep), a slide pool with a waterslide (0.3m deep), and a waterfall pool (0.3m deep). Many of the pools are shallow, so families with small children can enjoy themselves with peace of mind. In 2026, it's open from Tuesday, July 21 to Monday, August 31, and closed on Saturday, August 1. Admission is reasonably priced at 620 yen for adults (high school age and up), 200 yen for children (elementary and junior high school), 100 yen for toddlers, and free for children age 3 and under.

Tips

The pool is closed on Saturday, August 1, so plan your visit around that date. Bringing a swim ring will make the lazy river even more enjoyable. Since the pool is located in a hilltop park, there's a short walk from the parking lot to the pool. Shaded spots tend to fill up early, so we recommend bringing a leisure sheet and arriving early.

Best time to visit

If you enter at 1:30 PM, you'll have more than 3 hours until evening — just the right amount of time to make your way through all five pools.
