An outdoor pool located at 'Greenpia Sanriku Miyako,' spread across the highlands of Miyako City. It typically opens from mid-July through late August, open 9:00 to 17:30, with swimming allowed until 17:00. The main attraction is the 180-meter lazy river, where kids are thrilled just drifting along on an inner tube. The water slides are a hugely popular feature with cheers ringing out constantly, as kids line up to go down again and again. For little ones, there are kids' pools at 20cm and 40cm depths, so every member of the family can find their own way to enjoy it. Being up in the Sanriku highlands, the air stays refreshing even in midsummer, and the breeze after getting out of the water feels especially pleasant.
