This is the illumination that lights up 'MM Terrace,' the gourmet resort spread across the 1st and 2nd floors of Minatomirai Grand Central Tower. It is typically held from early November to early February, and last year it ran from November 8, 2025 to February 8, 2026. The dates and lighting times for the 2026-27 season have not yet been announced, so please check the official website before heading out. The terrace, lined with about 20 restaurants and cafes, is wrapped in light, letting you enjoy an evening stroll along with a meal.

Tips

Viewing is free. After the lights turn on, having dinner right there at one of the terrace restaurants means less moving around, which is easy even with children. It's within walking distance of both Minatomirai Station and Shin-Takashima Station.

Best time to visit

Evening after sunset, when the time the lights overlap with the building lights is especially beautiful
