An open-air outlet mall spread along the marina, where 'Snow Fantasy Christmas' is typically held every year during the Christmas season (through around December 25). The appeal is the scenery unique to this spot, where yachts lined up along the water meet Christmas lights. With ample parking and restrooms, it's a comfortable place to spend from evening into night, combining shopping and a meal. Tips

Right after the lights come on, the view from the promenade on the marina side is especially recommended. Since it's an open-air mall, alternating between viewing the lights and shopping helps you avoid getting too cold.

Just after sunset - the time when the sky still holds a hint of blue is the most photogenic
