About this spot
This pear orchard is in the Kami-Aiko area of Atsugi City, and it's one of JA Atsugi's fruit-picking orchards. The season usually runs from mid-August to early September. In the trellised pear field, choose ripe fruit, pick it yourself, and buy it by weight. Prices are 900 yen/kg for Kosui and 850 yen/kg for Housui, Shinsei, and Shugyoku (tax included). Sweetness and texture differ by variety, so it's fun to pick a few of each to compare. A farm-stand shop is also on site.

Tips
