About this spot

The observation foot bath garden sits on the rooftop of Manyo Club, a hot spring bathhouse facility in Minato Mirai. Open 24 hours a day, year-round. The value-set admission is 3,500 yen for adults (junior high school age and up), 1,500 yen for elementary school children, 1,200 yen for young children (age 3 through preschool age), and free for children under 3 (10:00 to 3:00 a.m.; a separate late-night fee applies from 3:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.). It's a one-of-a-kind night view spot where you can soak your feet while gazing at the Ferris wheel and skyscrapers lit up at night. The recommended flow is to warm up in the indoor baths first, then head up to the rooftop timed to sunset.

Tips

Since the foot bath doesn't require swimwear or a change of clothes, even families with small children can easily enjoy the night view. The rooftop gets colder than expected even fresh out of the bath, so bring something to throw over your indoor clothes before heading up.

Around sunset. Enjoy, from the foot bath, the slow transition from the lingering blue of the sky to the night when the Ferris wheel's lights stand out
