About this spot

A free railway museum on the 1st floor of the Keikyu Group Headquarters (京急グループ本社), about a 7-minute walk from the East Exit of Yokohama Station. Open 10:00-16:30, closed Tuesdays (closed the following day if Tuesday is a holiday). You can get an up-close look at the real early-Showa-era Deha 230 series train car and a huge diorama recreating the Keikyu train line, making it a spot train-loving kids will love. Some hands-on content, such as the railway simulator and My Train Car Factory, is paid and requires advance reservation.

Tips

Reservations for the popular hands-on content open at 15:00, 30 days in advance. The exhibits and diorama can be enjoyed plenty even without a reservation, so feel free to drop by.

Best time to visit

Early afternoon. You can take your time and look around in about an hour.
