A prefectural youth facility in Mie whose observatory (astronomical dome) is equipped with a 45cm-aperture Cassegrain reflecting telescope. Visitors can observe planets and constellations, and the facility also owns a 13cm reflecting telescope and 15cm binoculars. It is primarily for group use, so individual participation requires an inquiry beforehand.
