Located at the foot of the Southern Alps in a mountain valley with little street lighting, this is the stargazing / meteor-shower observation plan run by Minami-Alps Seitaimura (南アルプス生態邑). It includes blankets and hot water bottles, along with an astronomical telescope and guided commentary.
