A visitor center in Sutama, Hokuto City. A large telescope is set up on the 2nd-floor terrace, and stargazing events are held here in the Masutomi area, which has few residential lights.

Tips

Reservation required; capacity of 30 people. Admission is 1,800 yen for adults, 1,000 yen for junior high school students and younger, and free for young children. Check the official website for the schedule and be sure to reserve in advance before visiting.
