About this spot

A small campground within the Quasi-National Park in Hoshuyama, Toho Village. Located in a mountainous area surrounded by terraced rice fields of the Minou Mountain Range, with a maximum of 10 groups on free sites and 7 groups on powered plot sites. Described as a place where 'the night falls silent, and the sky above is filled with stars,' it's a stay-over campground where you can spend the evening gazing at the stars.

Tips

Reservations are by phone only (management building 'Sutera', 0946-23-8423, reception hours 12:00-17:00). Fees are 550 yen per person plus 1,500 yen per tent (free site) or 3,000 yen per plot (powered plot site, from April 2026).

After check-in, in the evening once it gets dark
