Held irregularly, so please check the official website of Kuki City's cultural facilities for the next schedule. It is reservation-based with a capacity of 136 people, accepted on a first-come, first-served basis by phone or at the hall office starting about a month before the event date. It gets cold outdoors at night, so bring warm clothing.
