An observatory in Taga Town. Stargazing sessions are held every Saturday from 7:30 PM to 9:25 PM.

Season & hours

Tips

Every Saturday from 7:30 PM to 9:25 PM (closing at 9:30 PM), no reservation required. Viewing fees are 100 yen for elementary and junior high school students, and 200 yen for high school students and above. Since it closes at 9:30 PM, please leave promptly after viewing. Daytime sun viewing (11:00 AM-5:00 PM) is free. In case of bad weather, it switches to an exhibit tour.
