An observatory near the summit of Mt. Okawa (大川山). At an elevation over 1,000m with few streetlights, a remarkably clear night sky spreads overhead. Stargazing sessions are held every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from April to November.

Tips
Using the astronomical observation room requires advance reservation. The 1st-floor exhibition room can be viewed without a reservation (Fri/Sat/Sun 10:00-17:00). Check the official website for the schedule.
