About this spot

A plaza located on the same grounds as the National Yamaguchi Tokuji Youth Nature House, spreading out along the shores of Lake Ohara. It's a nature-rich area where you can also camp and try canoeing.

Tips

Since it's on the same grounds as the observatory, you can take a light stroll here before dusk and then head to the stargazing event. Because it gets dark underfoot, a stroll while it's still light out is recommended.
