About this spot

A shrine in Sankasho, Gokase Town. Known as a spot famous for its rhododendrons (shakunage), the grounds are dotted with carvings inspired by mythology. It's in the same Sankasho area as Gokase-no-Sato Camp Village, making it easy to reach by car.

Tips

The shrine grounds make use of the natural terrain, so wear comfortable walking shoes.
