About this spot
桜井市穴師にあるJR桜井線の駅です。ホームだけの小さな駅ですが、周囲一帯が纒向遺跡の範囲にあたり、駅のすぐそばで三世紀の大型建物跡が発見されています。東へ進むと山の辺の道と穴師のみかん畑、西へ進むと箸墓古墳の方向です。

小さな無人駅で列車の本数が限られます。行きと帰りの時刻を先に調べておきましょう。
