鳥取市福部町湯山にある観光梨園です。八雲や王秋をはじめ、新甘泉・二十世紀など多くの品種の梨を栽培していて、梨狩りは例年8月上旬から11月中旬まで（品種によって収穫時期が異なります）。公式サイトのお知らせでは2026年8月18日付で新甘泉梨の梨狩りが案内されています。営業は9時から17時、最終入場は16時。料金は大人1,200円・小人1,100円・幼児700円で、ネット予約なら100円引きと梨ジェラートのサービスがあります。
