東北新幹線と東北本線が乗り入れる白河市の玄関口です。南湖公園へはJR東北新幹線新白河駅から棚倉行きのJRバスで約10分、「南湖公園」バス停下車すぐです。バスの本数は多くないため、あらかじめ時刻を確認しておくと安心です。
