About this spot
八海醸造が運営する魚沼の里にある雪室施設で、1,000トンの雪を使って日本酒などを貯蔵する天然の冷蔵庫を見学できます。雪の冷気で庫内を一定の低温に保つ仕組みを、実際に庫内を歩きながら学べます。
Tips
見学ツアーの開催時間や当日の受付方法は公式サイトでご確認ください。営業時間は10:00〜17:00、定休日は元旦のみです。
