夏季限定で開かれる「草津温泉 プール&温泉「テルメテルメ」 屋外プール」を主役にした、草津町の1日コースです。営業期間は未発表ですが、夏季のみの営業となります。午前は草津温泉のシンボル、湯畑へ。毎分4,000リットルもの温泉が湧き出し、木樋を伝って流れ落ちる光景と立ちのぼる湯けむりは、草津に来たことを何よりも実感させてくれます。周囲の湯畑広場は石畳が敷かれ、湯もみの実演で知られる熱乃湯もすぐそば。続いて西の河原公園へ。河原のあちこちから温泉が湧き出し、川そのものが温かいという珍しい景色が広がります。午後はホテルヴィレッジのテルメテルメへ。自然に囲まれた開放的な屋外プールで、標高1,200mの草津らしい涼しい空気の中を泳げます。同じ施設内には通年営業の屋内プールと温泉もあり、水遊びと湯めぐりを1日で味わえます。

群馬県嬬恋村の「浅間ハイランドパーク 屋外プール」を主役にした1日コースです。北軽井沢ハイランドリゾートホテルに併設された屋外の温水プールで、宿泊者以外の一般利用・日帰り利用もできます。標高の高い北軽井沢は真夏でも空気が涼しく、普通の屋外プールでは体が冷えてしまうところ、こちらは温水なのでゆっくり過ごせるのが大きな利点です。料金は大人1,600円、小学生1,000円、幼児650円。営業期間は未発表で、例年は夏季のみの営業、天候により休業する場合があるため、おでかけ前に必ず確認してください。午前は浅間山の噴火が生んだ奇観「鬼押出し園」で、溶岩が広がる大地を歩きます。続いて「浅間牧場」の草原で、浅間山を望みながらのんびり過ごしましょう。午後は温水プールへ。高原の避暑地で過ごす、涼やかな夏の1日です。

2026年7月18日(土)から8月31日(月)まで開かれる、富岡市の富岡市民プールを主役にした1日コースです。50mプール、25mプール、子供プールの3つがそろう屋外プールで、料金は大人100円、大学生・高校生60円、中学生以下40円、コインロッカーは10円という驚くほど手ごろな設定。しかも7月18日は入場料が無料です。開場は午前9時から午後5時までで、7月25日から8月15日は午後6時まで延長されます。午前はまず富岡製糸場へ。明治のはじめに建てられた官営の製糸工場がほぼそのままの形で残り、世界遺産に登録されています。長大な繰糸所の内部に入ると、木の骨組みとガラス窓の連なりに息をのみます。続いて一之宮貫前神社へ。石段を下って参拝する珍しい構えで、極彩色の社殿が木立の中に鮮やかに映えます。お昼を回ったらプールへ移動し、夕方まで水遊びを満喫しましょう。8月1日午後3時から8月2日午後2時30分までは利用できないので注意してください。

2026年7月18日(土)から8月23日(日)まで、午前9時から午後5時まで開場する館林市の「城沼市民プール」を主役にした1日コースです。城沼総合運動場にある夏季限定の屋外プールで、公認の50mプール、25mプール、幼児プール、そして噴水プールと水面の種類が豊富。年齢や泳力に合わせて場所を選べるので、きょうだいの年が離れていても家族全員が楽しめます。料金は高校生以上330円、小・中学生110円、未就学児無料と手ごろです。なお12時30分から13時30分までは施設点検のため遊泳できないので、この日は午後の再開に合わせて入る組み立てにしました。午前は分福茶釜の伝説で知られる茂林寺へ。参道に並ぶ大小のたぬき像に子どもが大喜びします。続いて向井千秋記念子ども科学館へ移動し、宇宙飛行士にちなんだ体験展示とプラネタリウムを涼しい館内で楽しみましょう。午後は城沼市民プールで、閉場まで水しぶきの中で過ごします。

K.K KOBAYASHI あずまウォーターランド(屋外プール)を主役にした1日コースです。2026年7月11日(土)から8月31日(月)まで開設されるK.K KOBAYASHI あずまウォーターランドの屋外プールを主役にした1日コースです。営業は平日10時〜21時(屋外プールは17時まで)、土日祝は10時〜17時で、火曜日と8月1日は休館。会場は群馬県伊勢崎市です。屋外プールと屋内プールを備えた複合施設で、幼児プールもあるため小さなお子さん連れでも安心。屋内プールがあるおかげで、天候が急に崩れた日でも水遊びの予定が立てられるのが心強いところです。料金は一般320円、高校生以下150円、市内在住の65歳以上と未就学児は無料と、家族で通いやすい設定になっています。午前は伊勢崎市の華蔵寺公園遊園地へ。入園無料で観覧車やジェットコースターが楽しめる、地元で長く愛されてきた遊園地です。続いて赤堀歴史民俗資料館で伊勢崎の歩みに触れ、午後はプールへ。遊園地と学びと水遊びが並ぶ1日です。

2026年7月1日(水)から9月6日(日)まで開設される、渋川市民プールを主役にした1日コースです。開場は午前10時から午後4時30分で、期間中は無休(荒天時や大会の際は休場の場合あり)。25メートルプール2面と幼児用プールの3種類がそろい、幼児プールの周辺は熱くなりにくい素材が使われているので、小さな子が裸足で歩いても安心です。料金は高校生以上250円、小・中学生100円、小学生未満無料。障害のある人とその付添人は無料となります。午前はまず伊香保グリーン牧場へ。榛名山のふもとに広がる牧場で、羊やウサギとふれあい、シープドッグショーを楽しめます。続いて上州白井宿へ移動し、街道沿いの水路と古い家並みが続く落ち着いた町並みを歩きましょう。お昼を回ったら渋川市民プールへ。総合運動場と坂東橋緑地公園に隣接した会場で、午後いっぱい水遊びを楽しみます。

2026年7月1日(水)から8月31日(月)まで開設される、太田市の尾島親子ふれあいプールを主役にした1日コースです。名前のとおり親子で楽しむことを前提につくられたプールで、ウォータースライダー付きのプールと、幼児用の浅瀬変形プールという構成。小さな子は浅瀬でゆっくり水に慣れ、小学生はスライダーで歓声をあげるという、年齢の違うきょうだいがそれぞれ満足できる造りです。しかも料金は無料。開設時間は午前9時から正午(受付は11時30分まで)と、午後1時から4時30分(受付は4時まで)の二部制で、このコースでは午後の部にたっぷり入る組み立てにしました。午前は徳川家康を祀る世良田東照宮にお参りし、隣接する新田荘歴史資料館で新田氏ゆかりの歴史にふれてから、午後はプールへ。太田市尾島の歴史と、無料で楽しめる親子向けプールをつなぐ一日です。

桐生市の「桐生市民プール」を主役にした1日コースです。2026年は7月4日(土)から8月30日(日)まで、午前10時から午後5時の時間帯で開場します。設備がとても充実しているのがこのプールの魅力で、50mプール(水深1.5mから1.3m)、25mプール(水深1.3mから1.1m)、流水プール(水深40cmから50cm)、徒渉プール(水深40cmから60cm)、幼児プール(水深40cmから50cm)と五つの水面がそろっています(ウォータースライダーは故障中で使用停止です)。午前はまず、入園無料の桐生が岡動物園へ。ゾウやライオン、サルなどが飼育され、隣接する遊園地とあわせて子どもが存分に楽しめます。続いて桐生新町の重要伝統的建造物群保存地区へ。ノコギリ屋根の織物工場や蔵造りの町家が並び、織都と呼ばれた桐生の面影が今も残ります。お昼を回ったら桐生市民プールへ移動し、夕方まで水遊び。料金は一般380円、高校生140円、小人70円と手ごろです。
