2026 Ushimado Beach Full-Day Course

A one-day course featuring Ushimado Beach, which opens from July 11 (Saturday) to August 23 (Sunday) 2026, letting you experience the scenery of the Seto Inland Sea and the charm of a historic port town. A sea-opening ceremony will be held on July 10 (Friday) at 10 AM, allowing you to enjoy swimming from the opening day. In the morning, explore the scenic Ushimado Olive Park known for its Aegean Sea-like vistas, then walk through Shiomachi Karakoto Street where the charming atmosphere of the historic port town remains, touching upon Ushimado's history. At noon, grab lunch at Michi-no-Eki Ippon Matsu Observation Park while gazing at the Seto Inland Sea. Then in the afternoon, enjoy a leisurely swim at Ushimado Beach. Swimming is free, and three beach houses offer showers, changing rooms, and shops. Since lifeguards are not stationed full-time, parents should watch their children carefully during water play. Parking costs 1,000 yen for standard vehicles, 3,000 yen for large vehicles, and 2,000 yen for microbuses. Enjoy a summer day with your family in the calm waters of the Seto Inland Sea.
