2026 First Taketa Fireworks Festival - Full Day Course
A course to fully enjoy Taketa City's castle town in Oita Prefecture on August 1, 2026 (Saturday), centered around the inaugural Taketa Fireworks Festival starting at 5 PM with fireworks after sunset. In the morning, view the grand landscape surrounded by stone walls at Oka Castle Ruins, associated with "The Ruins of the Castle." In the afternoon, leisurely stroll through the castle town where the history museum and samurai residences remain. In the evening, have dinner around Taketa City Castle Town Exchange Plaza and wait for sunset.
